All Group companies strictly adhere to the principals of good governance as set out in the guide and have adopted the National Housing Federation’s Code of Governance.

The Group also has a strong tradition of independently testing, validating and comparing its service delivery and performance with that of similar sized organisations.

Ocean is regulated by – and meets the standards set by – the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) , the regulator of social housing providers in England.
