An ISO 9001 quality management system helps us continually monitor and manage quality across all our operations. As the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard, it outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service.

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities. It helps us to grow while reducing the environmental impact of this growth. An ISO 14001 system provides the framework that allows us to meet increasingly high customer expectations of corporate responsibility as well as legal or regulatory requirements.

CHAS accreditation takes into consideration our Health and safety policy statement, our organisation’s health and safety record and our specific health and safety arrangements ensuring they are to a standard acceptable to staff, customers and to others.

Companies receive a Certificate of Compliance if they score 5 or more points in each of the five sections of the Monitor’s Company Report once each 12 month registration period has completed. The certificate will be awarded based on the results of the final visit covered under the yearly registration. This Certificate indicates a level of consideration, beyond statutory requirements, to the neighbour, the workforce, and the environment. In 2014, Ocean Services Ltd. were awarded the Silver Award.
