Ocean Housing Ltd is a Community Benefit Society and registered housing provider, providing quality, efficient, effective and caring services to its tenants. Ocean maintains its homes and estates in order to provide an environment for its residents to enjoy a safe, secure and high quality of life.

The company was originally formed in 1998 and commenced operation in February 2000 when it purchased the whole housing stock of 3,502 homes from Restormel Borough Council.
