Alan Brunt
Chair of GARAC, Board member of OHGL
Alan recently retired as Chief Executive of Bron Afron Community Housing, a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer Housing Association in South Wales. Alan brings a wealth of experience, from a career as a professional accountant in one of the big four accountancy firms, to over 35 years of leadership and governance experience in the Housing sector and is an experienced Non-Executive Director, including Chairing Boards and Committees.
Claire Davis
Board Member
Claire has 30 year's experience in the social and affordable housing sector gained in both the UK and Australia.
A Chartered Accountant, Claire's senior management roles included Finance Director and Director of Corporate Services delivering a range of services including: Finance, HR, IT and Risk Management.
Claire now combines her work as an Executive Coach with her non-executive director roles.
Rachel Bayliss
Member of GARAC
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London before taking on roles as Group FC & Company Secretary of a FTSE 250 PLC and FD of a Charity. Rachel now specialises in strategy and governance, and is Clerk to the Governors at Truro School. She also volunteers on the Committee of the annual Cornwall Christmas Fair, supporting the Cornwall Community Foundation.
Karen Littler
Tenant Board Member
Karen worked as a teaching assistant in local primary education for 15 years, before beginning a new career in administration within the NHS. Karen works closely with TWO as a Tenant Board Member and together they ensure the tenant voice stays at the heart of everything Ocean do.
Nigel Turner
Board member of G&G
Nigel is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and brings 35 years of property development and investment experience in the housing and commercial sectors. He has NED experience and currently serves on the Board and a Committee of a South East based registered provider (with no conflict of interest due to geography).
Dr Sue Brownlow

Sue has extensive senior leadership and governance experience from the higher education and economic development sectors. She is an experienced non-executive director (NED) with experience of Chairing Boards and Committees. Sue serves as the independent member on GARAC
