Chris heads up the Housing Advisory Service for Capsticks LLP, providing a range of training and business solutions to help improve housing practice. Chris specialises in ASB, Safeguarding Adults and Children, and general housing management.

Tenant Board Member

Karen worked as a teaching assistant in local primary education for 15 years, before beginning a new career in administration within the NHS. Karen works closely with TWO as a Tenant Board Member and together they ensure the tenant voice stays at the heart of everything Ocean do.

Member of GARAC

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London before taking on roles as Group FC & Company Secretary of a FTSE 250 PLC and FD of a Charity. Rachel now specialises in strategy and governance, and is Clerk to the Governors at Truro School. She also volunteers on the Committee of the annual Cornwall Christmas Fair, supporting the Cornwall Community Foundation.

Lionah Kawonza is an Associate Director Project Management at Arcadis and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). With an MBA and a robust background in both public and private sectors, she specialises in delivering complex projects,  including affordable housing and community-focused solutions.

Group Chief Executive

Jitinder brings more than three decades of industry experience and strategic strength to the team at the helm of Ocean Housing Group Ltd. 

A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, she began her career at Bristol Churches Housing Association before spending more than a decade in senior leadership roles encompassing Local Spaces, Homes for Lambeth and 13 years as the Executive Director of Spectrum Housing Group.  

Carolyn is a co-opted member of the OHL board.

She joined the board following her recent retirement as the Executive Director of Strategy, Planning and Corporate Services for the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board.
